You can place a new order and receive your refund when the original item arrives back.

. When we receive and process the eligible returned product, we'll issue the refunds or store credit that has no expiry date.
1.Simply Fill in the Return & Exchange Form included with your order.
2.Contact us for shipping address and ship the item(s) back.
3.Once we receive your return package, please allow 2 business days to process your exchange.
.Complete the return/exchange form that was included with your order and enclose it with your return package.
.If you are returning item(s) only, complete the "Returns" section. If you are exchanging item(s), complete the "Returns" section and complete the "Exchanges" section.
Tips: we recommend you exchange items which the restocking fee will not be deduct and bestlacewigs is responsible the re-shipping charge if your new order over $100.
Method of Payment:
If the total of your exchange order exceeds the value of your returned items, please go to our website pay the difference online.
Any balance remaining after your exchange will be refunded to your PayPal account or store credit.
Handing Fee: Free of charge.
Original Shipping Fee: will NOT deducted (For first-time exchange only)
Re-shipping Fee:Bestlacewigs is responsible the re-shipping charge if your order over $100. (For first-time exchange only)
Restocking Fee: Free of charge(First-time exchange)
30% restocking Fee will be charged. (Second-time or more exchanges)
You are responsible for all return shipping charge.
