It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we gladly offer returns and exchanges items unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging that are postmarked within 7 days.

NOTE: You CAN'T return any item once it has been CUT, GLUED, USED ,DRYED,WASHED or PAST 7 DAYS.
Return Process:
1. Simply Fill in the Return & Exchange Form included with your order.
2. Contact us for shipping address and ship the item(s) back.
3. Once we receive your return package, please allow 3-5 business days to process your return.
• Complete the return/exchange form that was included with your order and enclose it with your return package.
• If you are returning item(s) only, complete the "Returns" section. If you are exchanging item(s), complete the "Returns" section and complete the "Exchanges" section.
Refunds & Method of Payment :
Handing Fee: Free of charge.
Restocking Fee: $25 will be deducted for return order.
You are responsible for all return shipping charge.
We'll issue the refunds to your PayPal account or store credit that has no expiry date.Please allow 2 business days to process your return.
*Tips: we recommend you exchange items instead of return ,the restocking fee $25 will not be deducted and bestlacewigs is responsible the re-shipping charge if your order over $100. (For first-time exchange only)

*Please note that any unauthorized return without contacting us will be denied.
*If you are returning goods from the USA, please send them back by United States Postal Services.(USPS)
*If you are returning goods from any other country other than the USA, please send goods back by your local Postal Services.
*Please Do Not Return Goods By UPS,DHL or Fedex.*Any charges by UPS, DHL or Fedex to Bestlacewigs will be deduct from your order.
Ineligible Returns:
Custom items, clearance items, discontinued items, accessories, and wholesale orders.
