May I exchange/ return/ repair my order?

How can I exchange/ return/ repair my wig?

Exchange policy

We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of the wigs that have NOT been cut, tampered and altered. Since Human hair wigs are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

Rush Exchange:
You can place a new order and receive your refund when the original item arrives back. 
. Place a new order online , we will send your new purchase after payment received 
. When we receive the eligible returned product, we'll issue FULL refund. No any restocking fee.
Standard Exchange:
you must fill in the return & exchange form to request a return for exchange within 7 days after you received the package. No exchange are processed after 7 days.
After the return for exchange request has been authorized , ship the wigs and the exchange form back to the address we gave you . You are also responsible for the return shipping charge which is about $10-$20 for U.S. customer.

• 30% restocking fee will be applied to the second-time exchange process.

• Clearance wig/custom order is not eligible for return or exchange.

Return policy

You must fill in the return & exchange form to request a return for exchange within 7 days after you received the package. No return is processed after 7 days.

Repair policy

Our customers can enjoy one time of wig repairing services which worth $40-$100 .

Repair Service:

---Clearing the hair  
---Adding hair (less than 130% hair density) 
---Cutting the extra lace 
----Adjusting the cap circumference (fore-and-aft 0.5")

Contact bestlacewigs@yahoo.com first if you have any questions. Please contact our customer service before returning products because we need to make sure whether it can be repaired. And get the repair return address.
After confirming your repair request, you can send the wig back.
The repair time is 25-36 business days
You are also responsible for the 2 ways shipping fees.
