	How I exchange/return my order?
Exchange	-Rush Exchange: Place a new order online , we will send your new purchase after payment received When we receive the eligible returned product, we'll issue FULL refund. No any restocking fee. -Standard Exchange: Please contact us before you return the wig.After the return for exchange request has been authorized , ship the wigs to the address we gave you . You are also responsible for the return shipping charge which is about $15 for U.S.customers. *30% restocking fee will be applied to the second-time exchange process.
Refund	After the return for refund request has been authorized, ship the wigs and the exchange form back to the address we gave you. You are also responsible for the return shipping charge which is cheaper if use Post Office. *$25 will be deducted as we paid to express company when we shipped the item to you.
